Safir Moizuddin, Microsoy

Safir Moizuddin is a Research & Development manager with MicroSoy Corporation since 2003. He is also in charge of over seeing QC/HACCP/Safety and product application related customer inquires. He received his Masters and Bachelors in Food Science and Technology from Iowa State University in 2003 and 1991 respectively. In between the two degrees Mr. Moizuddin worked as Research Associate in Department of Food Science at Iowa State. He is a published author and has worked extensively evaluating soy quality for food application and for the production of soymilk and tofu.
