Russ Egbert, ADM

Russ is the Director of Protein Research at Archer Daniels Midland Company (15 years at ADM). His responsibilities with ADM include coordinating research efforts related to: improving the functional properties of food proteins; development of protein-rich food products to address current market needs; technical support to the food industry.

Egbert holds a Ph.D. in Meat Science from Auburn University; a M.S. in Food Science from Utah State University and a B.S. in Food Science and Business Administration from Utah State University.
