Tetra Pak set up the PDC in Singapore, which is positioned to provide companies with an avenue for pursuing novel ideas with added advantage of a global knowledge base and technical know-how. One good example of our strength is in soy development, in extracting maximum value and minimizing waste. Our facility house a soy extraction unit “Tetra Alwin Soy 10” that handles both wet and dry beans for making soy base/beverages with a protein level of up to 4% and different level of “beaniness” flavor.
