The course will be hosted by the International
Soybean Program (INTSOY) at the National
Soybean Research Lab, University of Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign. INTSOY is recognized
as an international center of excellence
in soybean research and is dedicated to
the development of processing and utilization
technologies. The INTSOY staff draws on
years of international experience and is
supported by outstanding faculty and research
scientists. It is equipped with state of
the art pilot plants, test kitchens and
consumer testing labs. In addition, faculty
and research scientists from other universities
and major global businesses representing
a variety of disciplines will be presenting.
Lectures will be held in the National Soybean
Research Center. Transportation will be
provided from the University of Illinois
for all Course-related functions, and provided
by the hotel for other activities.
